Participation Terms for Retreats & Training Programs

"A sacred space for personal growth, self-responsibility, mindfulness and conscious remembrance."

Preamble

The retreats and training programs of Aruna Mór create a protected and sacred space for personal transformation, self-experience, collective learning and deep conscious living.

The foundation of all gatherings is self-responsibility, mutual respect, mindfulness, openness and reverence for one another, nature, and the respective sacred power sites.

These Participation Terms establish a clear and transparent framework for all involved, governing the mutual rights and obligations so that every event can unfold in a safe, honoring and trusting atmosphere.

§ 1 Scope of Application

(1) These Terms apply to all retreats, training programs, workshops, seminars and ceremonial gatherings organized and held by Anja Meise Limited, Paphos, Republic of Cyprus (hereinafter "Organizer"), under the name Aruna Mór.

(2) They apply to all in-person retreats, multi-location journeys, and hybrid programs combining live in-person blocks with online components.

(3) These terms supplement the General Terms & Conditions (AGB). In case of contradictions regarding retreats and training, these Participation Terms take precedence.

(4) By submitting a registration, the participant confirms having read, understood and accepted these Participation Terms and the General Terms.

§ 3 Registration & Contract

(1) Registration is made via the registration form provided on the website or via an individually agreed booking link.

(2) Registrations are generally accepted up to 1 day before the event begins, subject to available spots.

(3) By submitting the registration, the participant submits a binding offer to enter into a contract.

(4) The contract is formally concluded once:
a) the completed form is received by the Organizer,
b) the Terms & Conditions and Participation Terms are accepted, and
c) the Organizer has confirmed participation in writing via email.

§ 4 Scope of Services

(1) The exact scope of services is determined exclusively by the published program description of the respective retreat or training on the website at the time of booking.

(2) Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking tier (such as the single "Retreat & Room" package), accommodation, travel, flights, airport transfers and food are NOT included and must be organized and paid independently by the participant.

(3) The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to schedule, sequence, specific power site visits, guest teachers or locations within the same region due to weather, health or organizational reasons, provided the core character of the event is maintained.

§ 5 Prerequisites & Self-Responsibility

(1) Participation is voluntary and occurs under the full self-responsibility of the participant.

(2) By registering, the participant certifies being physically and psychologically capable of participating in the event.

(3) The offerings serve personal transformation, spiritual inquiry and consciousness work. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment and never replace such care.

(4) Every participant retains full responsibility for their physical, emotional and mental well-being at all times.

(5) The participant is obliged to evaluate any relevant pre-existing conditions, psychiatric history, pregnancy or physical impairments prior to the event, and to notify the Organizer where relevant for safe facilitation.

(6) Every participant decides autonomously to what degree they engage in practices, including shamanic journeys, breathwork, rituals, sound healing or energy transmissions. Any exercise may be paused or declined at any time.

(7) Adequate physical stamina and surefootedness are required for retreats, especially when walking on uneven terrain, hills (such as Glastonbury Tor) or sacred nature sites.

(8) Rides & Transport during retreats: Any car rides or lifts provided voluntarily by the Organizer or companions are an unpaid organizational courtesy, not a contractual service. Participation is at the participant's own responsibility.

§ 6 Prices & Payment Modalities

(1) Prices published on the website at the time of booking apply.

(2) Payment may be made as a one-time sum or in installments where explicitly agreed (typically 3 or 6 installments).

(3) In the case of installment payments, the total sum includes a surcharge reflecting the payment terms. The confirmed total amount is binding.

(4) Full timely payment according to the agreed schedule is a prerequisite for attending the event.

§ 7 Cancellation, Withdrawal & Replacement Participant

(1) Following the binding conclusion of the contract pursuant to § 3, free cancellation by the participant is possible within 14 days, provided the respective event does not begin within this period.

(2) If the event begins within the 14-day window, no statutory withdrawal right applies where the participant agreed to the immediate performance of the service.

(3) Following expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, cancellation or withdrawal from participation is excluded. The Organizer's claim to the agreed participation fee remains in full effect.

(4) Right to designate a replacement participant: The participant retains the right, up until the start of the event, to nominate a suitable substitute participant who fulfills all participation prerequisites. Upon written approval by the Organizer (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), the substitute steps into the contract.

(5) Travel cancellation insurance: Taking out a comprehensive travel cancellation and seminar insurance (covering sickness, travel disruptions or emergency) is expressly and strongly recommended to every participant.

§ 8 Cancellation by Organizer & Minimum Participants

(1) The Organizer is entitled to cancel an event for good cause, in particular if the minimum number of participants (typically 6 participants) is not reached.

(2) Notice of cancellation will generally be given at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the event.

(3) In the event of such cancellation, all participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims, including reimbursement for travel, flights or independent lodging bookings, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

(4) The Organizer is entitled to cancel, postpone or adjust the event due to force majeure, official orders, health emergencies or unpredictable safety risks. A fair solution (replacement dates or fee refund) will be provided.

§ 9 Accommodation, Travel & External Services

(1) Flights, lodging, meals and transfers are organized independently by participants.

(2) The Organizer assumes no liability for the services of third parties, including airlines, hotels, guesthouses, transport providers or vehicle rental companies.

§ 10 Insurance & Personal Safeguards

(1) Every participant is solely responsible for carrying appropriate health, accident and travel insurance covering travel to and participation in foreign countries (e.g. UK, Cyprus).

(2) The Organizer accepts no liability for costs, damages or cancellations arising from insufficient insurance coverage.

§ 11 Conduct, Respect & Sacred Container

(1) The participant commits to respectful, mindful and responsible conduct toward all other women, the Organizer, team members, the sacred places and nature.

(2) The sacred container requires non-violence, non-discrimination, mutual reverence, and responsible speech and action.

§ 12 Exclusion of Participants

(1) In justified circumstances (such as repeated severe disruption of the group space, abusive or boundary-crossing behavior, endangering others, or consuming impairing substances), the Organizer may exclude a participant from further participation.

(2) In the event of justified exclusion, no refund of fees paid will be granted.

§ 13 Photos, Audio & Video Recordings

(1) Photos, video or audio recordings may be taken by the Organizer or team for documentation purposes.

(2) Any use for marketing purposes (website, social media, newsletter) requires separate, voluntary consent from the participant, which can be revoked at any time with future effect. Such consent is never a prerequisite for participating.

(3) Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings can communicate this beforehand.

§ 14 Intellectual Property

All concepts, scripts, course manuals, sound recordings and methods provided during retreats and training remain the intellectual property of Aruna Mór and are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use, reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

§ 15 Sacred Confidentiality

Participants commit to treating all personal disclosures, experiences, emotional processes and stories shared by other women with absolute confidentiality. This confidentiality survives the conclusion of the event and protects the sacred space.

§ 16 Liability

(1) Participation is under the participant's full personal responsibility.

(2) The Organizer is liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damages from breach of essential cardinal duties.

(3) Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

§ 17 Certification (Academy)

Upon successful completion of all required in-person blocks and active participation, a certificate from Aruna Mór Bodyworks / Priestess of Avalon may be issued.

§ 18 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the seat of the Organizer.
