(2) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts regarding digital content, online offerings, in-person events, shamanic retreats, training programs (such as the Priestess Academy), and other scheduled services.

(3) Any conflicting terms of the client shall not become part of the contract unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(3) The contract is concluded when the client submits the booking via an online form, checkout system (such as CopeCart) or application, and the Provider confirms this booking in writing (by email).

§ 3 Services & Scope of Performance

(1) The specific scope of services is determined by the respective service description published on the website at the time of booking, supplemented by the Participation Terms.

(2) The offerings belong to the field of spiritual personal development, shamanic initiation, personal experience and inner inquiry. A specific success (in particular health-related, emotional, professional or financial) is neither owed nor promised.

(3) The Provider is entitled to adjust content and schedules to a reasonable extent, provided the overall nature of the offering remains preserved.

§ 4 Prices & Payment Conditions

(1) The prices stated at the time of booking apply.

(2) All prices are total amounts including applicable taxes where required.

(4) Where installment payments are offered or agreed upon, the number of installments, installment amounts and the total sum will be communicated and confirmed in writing prior to conclusion of the contract.

(5) In the case of installment payments, the total price may differ from the one-time payment. The confirmed total amount is binding.

(6) The use of external payment providers is additionally subject to their respective terms and conditions.

(2) The client is responsible for their own technical equipment and connection.

(3) Recording by participants (audio or video) is strictly prohibited to safeguard the sacred and private space of the group.

(4) If a minimum number of participants is not reached, the Provider may withdraw from the contract up to 24 hours prior to commencement and refund already paid amounts.

§ 7 In-Person Events, Retreats & Academy

(1) In-person events, shamanic retreats and academy training blocks take place on the fixed dates indicated.

(2) Accommodation, travel, board and incidental travel expenses are not part of the contract unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking option.

(3) Participation requires full payment of the agreed fee prior to the start.

(4) If the minimum number of participants is not met, the Provider may withdraw from the contract; amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

(2) In contracts concerning the participation in events, training, retreats or similar leisure and scheduled event services with a fixed date or period, the right of withdrawal expires if the consumer expressly agrees at the time of conclusion that the Provider begins performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

(3) Details are set out in the separate Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).

§ 9 Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply.

§ 10 Liability & Self-Responsibility

(1) Liability of the Provider is governed by statutory provisions.

(5) Participation in energetic, emotional and shamanic processes takes place under full self-responsibility of the participant.

(6) Further provisions are supplementary set forth in the Participation Terms.

(2) Clients will be informed of changes in text form at least 14 days in advance.

§ 12 Dispute Resolution

The Provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 13 Final Provisions & Applicable Law
