The protection of your personal data is an essential concern to me. I treat your personal data confidentially and strictly in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR) as well as this Privacy Policy.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany).

When visiting this website, technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, date and time of access) is automatically logged in server log files to ensure safe and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website).

4. Contact Forms & Inquiries

If you submit an inquiry to me via contact form, Telegram or email, your transmitted information (such as name, email address, phone number and inquiry details) will be stored and processed solely for the purpose of answering your request and for potential follow-up questions.

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your message).

5. Newsletter & Email Communications

You can subscribe to my newsletter to receive regular spiritual impulses, event updates and offerings. For managing and sending emails, I use FunnelSpot.

Subscription is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.

6. Appointment & Discovery Calls

For scheduling non-binding discovery calls or consultation appointments, I use the calendar feature provided by FunnelSpot.

Data entered during scheduling (name, email address, phone number, chosen time) is processed exclusively to coordinate and conduct the meeting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Online Sessions & Video Calls

Mentoring sessions, 1:1 work, temple circles and online live gatherings are conducted via Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc.).

Data required to participate in and host the session (name, audio/video stream) is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please review Zoom's privacy policy for details regarding their data practices.

8. Bookings & Payment Processing

For digital music transmissions and selected products, payment processing is handled by CopeCart (CopeCart GmbH, Ufnaustraße 10, 10553 Berlin, Germany) as an external merchant of record / payment partner. During checkout, necessary order data is forwarded to CopeCart.

For retreats, priestess training and bespoke mentoring, payment may also be processed via direct bank transfer. Only data essential for billing and accounting will be stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) & (c) GDPR.

9. Seminars & Shamanic Retreats

When registering for seminars or in-person retreats (e.g. Avalon or Cyprus), I only process data required for organizational and preparation purposes.

Booking of flights, personal lodging, transport or individual travel services is the sole responsibility of participants. No personal data will be transferred to hotels, airlines or travel providers without explicit consent.

10. Spiritual Accompaniment & Sensitive Data

As part of my work as a Celtic shaman, priestess and sound artist, you may share personal and sensitive life experiences, spiritual perceptions or emotional intentions with me.

All personal disclosures are held in the strictest sacred confidentiality and processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the agreed spiritual accompaniment. Such data is never shared with third parties.

11. Social Media Links

This website provides links to my external profiles on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Simply visiting this website does not transfer personal data to these platforms. Data is only transmitted when you actively click the respective link and navigate to their servers.

12. Retention Period

Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose or to comply with statutory commercial and fiscal retention requirements.
